There is an optional Mobile Biometric Service.
The Mobile Biometrics Service enables you to complete your visa application process in the comfort of the place of your choice. Mobile Biometrics combine functionality with portability. Should you opt to schedule an appointment, we will come to collect your visa application form, the necessary travel documents and will collect your biometric data at a convenient place of your choice. The Mobile Biometrics Service is available to travel agents and applicants throughout Philippines.
We are pleased to offer Mobile Biometrics service at a cost-effective price, listed in the table below. Prices mentioned in the table below are the fees for the Mobile Biometrics service only and do not cover visa fee, service fee, any other value-added services or travel costs.
Please note that all documents for each application pack need to be filled out and should meet all the requirements specified by the Embassy of Greece in Manila – Consular Office as published on our website.
Applicants may book Mobile Biometrics service for self, family or group which will make it much more cost effective for them.

While booking the service applicants are requested to provide the following details: surname, name, contact telephone number, place, and date of providing biometrics data.
Please note that applicants and travel agents should remit in advance the relevant MBS fees, visa fees, service fees and travel costs before the date of the appointment.

Important Information: Using this service does not mean your visa application will be processed more quickly or that you will be issued a visa. Your visa application will be processed in the normal way by the Consular Office of the Embassy of Greece in Manila.
There is an optional premium lounge service available at the Manila Visa Application Center for Greece.
We are pleased to offer you a Premium Service at the Manila VAC for applicants who would like a higher quality and more personalised service. Applicants may opt for this service during their visit to our Visa Application Center, if there is availability, simply by informing our staff member or by booking online an appointment at the Premium Lounge. The optional Premium Lounge service is per application form.
The Premium Lounge service includes:
- Direct access to a Premium Service counter where an agent will verify the documents provided, and take payment in a single location
- A dedicated team member assisting during the submission process
- Courier, SMS notifications, photocopies and printouts services
- Cold and hot beverages at your disposal

There is an optional prime time service for applicants who wish to submit their documents out of regular Visa Application Center submission hours (on working days, except weekends and holidays).
Prime time Service fee is offered per application, inclusive of all taxes, payable in cash.

There is a courier service applicable per passport.
You can choose to pay for a courier service to have your passport delivered to you at the address you provide, once a decision has been made. You may save time and travel costs, with no need to arrange multiple visits to the Visa Application Center.
The charge for courier delivery within Manila is 800 PHP per passport and outside Manila is 1200 PHP per passport.

There is an optional premium passback service.
Premium Passback service allows applicants to collect their passports at the VAC for Greece at a convenient time outside of regular passport collection times between 07:00 and 15:30 at an additional charge per passport.

When submitting your application, you can opt for the SMS message service applicable per passport.
You will receive text messages informing you step by step as your application is being processed until your passport is available for collection at your Visa Application Center for Greece or is being couriered to you. Please click here for more information regarding the Courier Service. Please make sure you indicate the correct mobile number when opting for the SMS service.
This service can be purchased only at the time of submitting your application at the Visa Application Center for Greece.
